Requirements
- Strong expertise in design systems, UX/UI best practices, and modern research methodologies

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision for design and research in alignment with company goals
- Oversee the creation of intuitive, visually appealing, and innovative designs for all products and services
- Ensure design systems and processes are scalable, consistent, and reflect our brand identity
- Guide the research team in uncovering deep user insights to inform product strategy and innovation
- Integrate quantitative and qualitative research methods to validate designs and improve the user experience
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to ensure cohesive product development cycles
