PatientIQ is seeking a Vice President of Product to set the vision and lead our product function as we enter our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define and execute the product strategy across multiple end-markets, leverage our proprietary technology to deliver differentiated solutions, and accelerate the adoption of our newly released data product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (VP, Head of Product, or equivalent).
  • Proven success leading product strategy and scaling product teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with commercial teams and shaping go-to-market strategy to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience building and executing roadmaps that drive measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing product teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology, medtech, or EHR integration is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap in partnership with the CEO and executive team.
  • Build and refine best-in-class product practices grounded in customer insight, market research, and data-driven prioritization.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to align strategy and execution, delivering products that meet the needs of multiple end-markets.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the commercial organization (Sales, CS, and Marketing), ensuring product strategy and roadmap align with go-to-market priorities and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to inform market positioning, enablement, and pricing/packaging strategy to maximize adoption and growth.
  • Work closely with Customer Success to capture customer feedback, improve adoption, and translate outcomes into measurable business results.
  • Accelerate adoption of our data product portfolio, leveraging our proprietary dataset as a competitive advantage.
