Savas Software is launching electronic health record (EHR) software focused on coordinating multidisciplinary care and needs to drive revenue growth and market leadership within the healthcare vertical.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 5 years in healthcare technology or digital health.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex healthcare environments.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory landscape (HIPAA, HITECH), and buying cycles.
  • Proven success selling SaaS solutions to healthcare providers, payers, or life sciences companies.
  • Familiarity with EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner), healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate long sales cycles and influence complex stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the healthcare market, including hospitals, health systems, payers, and life sciences.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital health, EHR integration, population health, and value-based care.
  • Drive pipeline development and revenue forecasting with precision and accountability.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing healthcare sales team.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics aligned with healthcare sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, clinical leaders, and IT decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Represent the company at healthcare industry events, conferences, and client engagements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA or MHA preferred).
