BNY is looking to enhance its Treasury Services product activation by improving the onboarding process for clients through digital channels, leveraging AI and fintech partnerships to gain a competitive edge and achieve better time-to-market.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management, User and Client Onboarding, and Digital Transformation preferred.
- Strategic thinker and proficient problem solver with demonstrated ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Define, create, and execute upon the strategy for onboarding and lead the team in designing and delivering industry-leading Onboarding journeys across File and API digital channels.
- Partner with Implementation, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, etc. to ensure different requirements are met during the product development, enhancement, delivery, strategy, and planning processes.
- Partner with Client Experience/UX team to incorporate discovery throughout the solution development cycle, including on-going customer testing.
- Seek internal and external fintech / vendor partnerships to embed capabilities (e.g., chatbots, AI) to enhance solutions that provide a competitive edge and achieve better time-to-market.
- Demonstrate Leadership in Digital Transformation

- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
