OWL Services is seeking a Product Management leader to define, build, and scale security and point-of-sale (POS) technology offerings across the retail and convenience store industries.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of integrated security systems, POS platforms, and emerging retail technologies (AI, mobile payments, data analytics, loss prevention, etc.).
- Technical Expertise – understanding of retail technology stacks, integrated security solutions, POS hardware/software, and SaaS/cloud ecosystems.
- Innovation Mindset – ability to identify and implement IoT, AI, and cloud innovations into practical customer solutions.
- Experience with national rollouts and coordinating across operations, sales, and service teams.
- Ability to lead through transformation in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong financial skills with experience managing product P&L, pricing models, and ROI analysis.
- Experience gathering VOC (voice of customer), translating insights into features and market opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security and POS offerings across retail and convenience store verticals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in product development, go-to-market launches, and lifecycle management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback to shape product priorities and features.
- Drive continuous innovation, including IoT integration, AI-driven analytics, cloud platforms, and evolving security standards.
- Manage vendor and technology partner relationships to enhance offerings and ensure best-in-class integrations.
- Oversee product P&L, ensuring profitability, scalability, and measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader, representing OWL Services in the retail technology and security marketplace.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, strategy, or executive leadership roles within security, POS, or retail technology.
- Proven success in developing and scaling technology products for multi-site retail or convenience store chains.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability and willingness to travel nationally to meet clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
