JPMorgan Chase is looking to innovate new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle within the Payments Technology Stability and Resiliency organization. The goal is to deliver high-quality products that provide customer value, ensure scalability, resiliency, and stability, and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Demonstrate ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Hands-on practical experience driving product design and delivery through the SDLC life cycle from ideation through launch and support.
- Previous experience with Agile software development (or related experience)
- Technical experience (software code, API’s, technical design, AI)
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product roadmap, end-to-end architecture and design for product capabilities used across the enterprise and hands-on review, design as needed of the technology products within Payments Production Management, starting with the Agentic AI Command Center.
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
- Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and design troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to evaluate solutions or break down technical problems.
- Develops thoroughly considered high-quality product testing requirements and delivery roadmaps.
