Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing in consumer or SMB tech, with at least 5+ years in an executive leadership role.
  • Proven track record leading product marketing in high-growth, customer-centric organizations.
  • Exceptional storytelling and strategic thinking skills with a keen understanding of customer psychology.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in competitive analysis, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Inspirational leader with a builder player coach mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the overarching product marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and customer needs in partnership with corporate strategy and product teams.
  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market efforts for new product launches, new global markets, major updates, and feature enhancements.
  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, and sales teams to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Own pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with Product and Finance teams.
  • Craft and continually refine compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Constant Contact in a competitive market and increases market share.
  • Develop clear, consistent narratives across all touchpoints—from web to sales to customer onboarding.
  • Build a customer-centric marketing engine rooted in data, persona development, segmentation, and usage patterns.
