Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale software development and integration initiatives, ideally in a high-growth or acquisitive environment.
- Proven track record of successfully integrating technology platforms and teams post-acquisition.
- Project leadership on large, multi-team, multi-discipline software products.
- Experience managing and coaching managers and senior engineers.
- Strong sense of ownership and a track record of successful software delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and an ability to deeply learn complex topics and problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technology integration of acquired companies, including platforms, applications, data, and development teams.
- Develop and execute integration roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with executive stakeholders.
- Assess acquired technology assets and recommend optimal approaches for consolidation, migration, or enhancement.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with integrations.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure integration projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
- Act as a player-coach with 10+ years of industry experience managing multiple engineering teams working on multiple concurrent projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform integration strategies and future acquisitions.

- Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, you will work closely with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams to define integration strategies, drive execution, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that support our growth.
- You will collaborate directly with the CEO, CFO, CTO, and Senior Product Leadership to define the processes and technology required to support our expanding business
- This role is located in our Richmond, Virginia office and has a schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day work from home.
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineering leaders and staff from acquired organizations, fostering retention and engagement.
- Work with recruiting to identify, hire, and onboard top industry talent.
