BNY is looking to solve complex user experience challenges by bringing design expertise into areas of the bank that have not historically worked with design, on a project basis, through a Studio centric model.
Requirements
- experience providing guidance and technical expertise for the most complex user experience activities that include user research and testing, interactive design, and visual design.
- review documentation of research findings presented to product and development teams, as well as new and modified user personals.
- participate and provide guidance in the creation of concepts, information architecture, user interface designs, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and specifications to meet project schedules.
- synthesize situations and information across multiple factors.
- seek to build their expertise while applying company policies and procedures in the resolution of a variety of issues.
