American Express is looking to solve the problem of driving restaurant and hospitality venue acquisition, retention, and product adoption across its Resy and Tock platforms within the American Express Global Dining Network by unifying marketing strategies and fostering stronger partnerships.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years leading integrated B2B marketing
  • Proven track record driving acquisition, adoption, and retention through multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Deep expertise in growth, lifecycle, and product marketing and to unifying them into a cohesive strategy.
  • Strong ability to translate complex products into compelling narratives and GTM
  • Expertise in managing and scaling high-performing teams and developing talent
  • Understanding of restaurant and hospitality industries and operator motivations
  • Highly analytical; adept at data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee acquisition, inbound, and demand generation strategies for hospitality venues
  • Define lead generation strategies to support Global Dining Sales team objectives, optimizing funnel conversion and efficiency
  • Oversee site, display and media, content, referral, and SEO initiatives that expand reach and awareness in key markets.
  • Lead strategies and programs to strengthen engagement, retention, and increase long-term value
  • Define KPIs and ensure marketing drives improvements in engagement and churn reduction.
  • Lead newly created Product Marketing function, defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy
  • Analyze and optimize performance product marketing performance to strengthen engagement, adoption and retention

  • Build and lead a high-performing team spanning growth, retention and product
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Brand leaders to ensure unified GTM planning and messaging
  • Champion the voice of the venue across Global Dining, representing operator needs and opportunities to influence broader strategy.
  • Manage budget, forecasting, and resources to scale marketing and drive growth
  • Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
