Great American Insurance Group's P&C IT Services is looking for a Video Conferencing intern to support events and meetings, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with configuring and refreshing conference spaces to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
Responsibilities
- Work on the Customer Care team supporting events and meetings in conference centers and conference rooms throughout the Cincinnati Campus.
- Aid with setting up meetings, troubleshooting technical issues, and learning how to configure new spaces or refresh existing ones.
- Support events and meetings in conference centers, support equipment installs, handle troubleshooting calls.
- Handle tickets through ServiceNow, assist with deploying equipment to new spaces and refresh existing ones.
Other
- Customer service oriented, ability to learn in a hands on environment.
- Graduating in 2028.
- Hybrid schedule (3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote) out of the Cincinnati office.
