Airbus Operations GmbH is looking for a VIE - Germany - Project manager at the Airspace Customer Definition Centre (d/f/m) to support the Customer Definition Centre leadership team in establishing a robust project management structure to ensure the CDC's mission and strategic initiatives are implemented and progressing. The role also involves acting as a Customer Service Manager for a small Airline portfolio to gain practical experience in daily CDC operations.

Responsibilities
- supporting the Customer Definition Centre leadership team to put in place a robust project management structure to ensure that the CDC mission and key strategic initiatives are being implemented and making progress.
- facilitate the exercise of dividing long-term goals into smaller, manageable actions, help develop action plans and put in place the tools and governance necessary to monitor the achievement of our vision.
- lead and/or support some of the projects by yourself.
- act as Customer Service manager for a small Airline portfolio, in order to gain practical experience on the CDC daily work.
- act as CDC entry point for the organisation of the cabin definition meeting for specific aircrafts, working together with the airline, the involved Airbus colleagues and external Cabin product suppliers.
