Requirements
- BIM/VDC software like SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, Fusion, and SolidWorks
- Previous experience with BIM coordination, architectural design, or engineering design
- Previous experience with GIS systems or drones
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software
- Field experience with the installation of MEP systems
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily tasks and efforts in BIM coordination processes for Granger project teams.
- Engage in architectural, structural, and MEP 3D modeling.
- Perform post-processing of drone point clouds and 3D models.
- Contribute to architectural visualization using virtual reality tools.
- Participate in site logistics planning to optimize project efficiency.
- Support the development of 4D scheduling to integrate time and resources with 3D models.
Other
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with the capability to lead by example.
- Must be able to work full-time.
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
