At Bank of America, the business problem is to define the vision and roadmap for Virtual Event / Webcasting services to provide a full suite of webinar white glove services for conferences, client, executive and employee events for various Lines of Business (LOBs) in the Enterprise.
Requirements
- Previous experience with Virtual Events / Webcasting preferred
Responsibilities
- Creates the vision and roadmap for Virtual Event / Webcasting services based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domain
- Modernize / upgrade the systems to address various lifecycle risks, drive focus on support model enhancements and improve customer satisfaction.
- Defines and drives strategy for production adoption across the enterprise
- Defines and prioritizes deliverables for the virtual events space, balancing features delivery with risk reduction/remediation.
- Collaborates with LOBs, cross-functional stakeholders, and with other CAP Products Owners to understand their needs, ensure they are aligned on priorities to achieve portfolio objectives
- Maintains oversight on delivery to ensure timely and relevant outcomes
- Drives continual service improvement based on data /metrics and user feedback
