Requirements
- Expertise in illustration, graphic design, digital painting, animation, 3D modeling, visual storytelling, concept art, and design theory
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Procreate, Figma, or Cinema 4D
Responsibilities
- Challenge advanced language models on topics like color theory, composition, motion design, character development, perspective drawing, UX/UI design, rendering techniques, and cross-platform visual communication
- Document every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning
- Converse with the model on studio workflows and conceptual art challenges
- Verify artistic terminology and design logic
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Other
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Visual Arts, Digital Media, Design, or a closely related creative field is ideal
- Professional portfolios, exhibition experience, or hands-on work
- Clear, metacognitive communication—"showing your work"—is essential
