Requirements
- Proficient in developing and maintaining product and service lifecycles
- Proficient in defining, communicating, and driving value propositions, success metrics, and outcomes
- Strong background in Mobile and Fixed telecom networks
- Background in SS7 & SIP call flows and interworking of the PSTN
- Well versed in the STIR-SHAKEN ecosystem
- Understanding telecom infrastructure and design
- Experience working UCaaS and VoIP Platforms
Responsibilities
- Deliver business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
- Drive the product lifecycle from market development to market decline
- Create product / business plans to determine product and service feasibility
- Partner with functional and technical leaders to identify and plan capabilities necessary to meet short and long-term business needs
- Develops and executes strategic plans in support of key objectives derived from the Balanced Scorecard
- Drives product development by reviewing performance and directing work efforts of solution architects, development, and operations to ensure products are aligned with product vision
- Identifies goals, metrics, and appropriate analytics to measure the performance of the product and its individual features
