Requirements
- Ability to plan and lead educational games, arts workshops, and cultural activities
- Experience with hip hop dance or teaching dance techniques
- Basic knowledge of medication management and record-keeping
- Ability to promote healthy habits and well-being through physical activities and wellness workshops
- Basic computer skills for digitizing medication records and optimizing software
- Ability to work with teens and elderly residents
- Ability to adapt to a new community and work environment
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging educational games, arts workshops, and cultural activities
- Work with teens in a structured dance program designed to build confidence, teamwork, and resilience
- Support the NGO’s healthcare initiatives by organizing, sorting, and digitizing medication records
- Encourage well-being through physical activities, outdoor games, and wellness workshops
- Teach hip hop dance techniques, from basic moves to full choreography
- Create a fun, supportive space where teens can express themselves and build confidence
- Optimize the medication management software to improve efficiency
