BNY is seeking a Vice President for AI Change & Portfolio Management to drive the adoption, governance, and effective utilization of AI solutions within the organization, ensuring successful adoption, fostering alignment across management tiers, and championing innovation to secure the organization's competitive edge in leveraging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in AI solutions and their application in organizational contexts.
- Proficiency in creating educational materials and managing digital platforms such as SharePoint.
- Experience with AI tools such as Co-pilot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address ad hoc queries effectively.
- Experience in monitoring and reporting KPIs, with a focus on driving accountability.
- Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain governance structures.
Responsibilities
- Building Awareness: Develop communication strategies and initiatives to create awareness of AI solutions and their benefits across the organization.
- Empowering Through Education: Design and implement training programs, including how-to guides and educational videos to ensure stakeholders understand and adopt AI solutions effectively.
- Driving Adoption and Accountability: Execute campaigns and activities that encourage commitment to AI usage while holding teams accountable for integrating these technologies into their workflows.
- On-going Support: Provide consistent and proactive client assistance for AI solutions, addressing challenges and ensuring successful implementation.
- Setting Up Governance: Establish and manage governance structures in collaboration with AI Champions, the AI Hub, and Senior Management to ensure alignment and oversight.
- Content Development: Produce high-quality instructional materials, including videos and guides, to facilitate understanding and ease of use of AI tools such as Co-pilot.
- Propose and Run KPIs: Devise key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of AI adoption and governance and report progress to senior management.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in change management, portfolio management, or similar leadership roles.
