Quest Software is seeking a visionary Vice President of AI & Data Analytics to lead the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence across the enterprise
Requirements
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience, including 7+ years in AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and industry trends
- Experience building and scaling AI and analytics teams in complex, global environments
- Expertise in AI governance, data ethics, and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s AI strategy in alignment with business goals and market opportunities
- Establish an enterprise AI framework in collaboration with Legal, ensuring governance, compliance, and ethical AI practices
- Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing products, workflows, and decision processes
- Lead Data & Analytics to address infrastructure gaps and deliver scalable, future-ready platforms
- Standardize KPI reporting and ensure “one version of truth” across the organization
- Champion responsible AI practices, including data privacy, bias mitigation, and transparency
- Develop AI literacy programs to upskill employees across departments

- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; Master’s or PhD also preferred
