- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI product strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end development process of AI products, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead the development of scalable AI solutions that can be integrated into various business environments and provide tangible value to customers.
- Oversee the design and development of digital solutions that automate primary care functions, enabling 24x7 access to care and reducing clinician burden.
- Develop tools that address clinician and physician shortages by enhancing productivity and efficiency through intelligent automation.
- Ensure that all AI products adhere to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the AI product landscape.

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant business experience
- Typically requires 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare product development, including 5–10 years leading startup or early-stage product teams.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of professionals.
- Commitment to innovation, equity, and patient-centered care.
- Ph.D. is a plus
