LPL Financial is seeking a Vice President to join the Transformation Office supporting the Chief Data, AI, and Analytics Office. This role will be instrumental in shaping and evolving the enterprise-wide data and AI strategy, structuring transformation efforts, and accelerating impact through high-value initiatives and product delivery.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in data, AI, strategy consulting, and/or wealth management.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives independently and provide a clear point of view.
- Strong communication and executive presence, with experience preparing board-level materials.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
- A bias for action, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to present materials to all levels in the organization and serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and evaluate results against established objectives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to refine and evolve the data and AI strategy across the firm.
- Establish and maintain reporting cadences, OKRs, and board-level documentation for transformation initiatives.
- Lead the creation of business cases for new data and AI products and capabilities.
- Collaborate across business units and technology teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Identify and support change management needs tied to transformation efforts.
- Proactively identify opportunities to accelerate impact and remove barriers to execution.
