- Create prototypes that work on real data
- Provide direction for standardization and collaboration on code and technical projects that is aligned to senior leadership
- Write technical documentation
- Ensure the effectiveness of cross-channel response analytics and media plan optimization across a portfolio of clients
Other
- Own responsibility for managing large global clients or multiple small- to mid-sized clients
- Serve as the go-to person for analyst support and act as a second point of escalation
- Strong people management skills, including performance appraisals, coaching, and development
