Responsibilities
- Strategic business partner to proactively shape the portfolio and technology roadmap (3-5y horizon)
- Lead the development and execution of the data and analytics strategy for the US&I Data & Analytics, DSAI Product Line
- Oversee and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and IT professionals
- Manage and prioritize multiple data and analytics projects
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, integrity, and security
- Evaluate and integrate new data technologies and tools to enhance the organization's data capabilities
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data and analytics initiatives
