Nextiva is looking to streamline its offering for product readiness for Resellers, Channel Partners, and Managed Service Provider ecosystems to scale its go-to-market strategy. The company also aims to create best-in-class last-mile experiences for specific verticals like Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, and Retail.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading Product Management and Software Development for highly scalable and mission critical services.
  • Experience between products in the Unified Communications and Collaboration space, UCaaS or CCaaS.
  • Demonstrated ability in Agile Development Practices

Responsibilities

  • Lead product management and engineering functions to build and deliver products for the Ecosystem and Verticals Cloud.
  • Define and execute a product roadmap that prioritizes feature development and product enhancements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, in designing, developing, and launching software products.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, with a focus on custom solutions targeted to business segments and verticals.
  • Ensure the highest levels of software quality, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product development efforts with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements.

Other

  • College Degree in Engineering, Sciences and/or Business Management from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Managing teams and partners distributed around the world.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and present to stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
