Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with proven experience building and deploying predictive models in financial services.
- 2-5+ years of leadership experience building and scaling high-performing data science teams.
- Deep understanding of credit risk modeling, fraud detection, and financial regulatory requirements.
- Strong technical skills including advanced SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of credit risk, fraud, and predictive models for new and existing financial products.
- Oversee the end-to-end model lifecycle, including design, validation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust model governance, documentation, and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and analysts, providing technical guidance, career development, and performance feedback.
