CXT Software is looking for a VP of Human Resources to design and lead a people strategy that scales with their growth, steering culture through change, aligning talent strategy with business goals, and simplifying HR systems.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of total experience in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (Senior Manager, Director, or VP level).
- 3+ years supporting a SaaS business
- 3+ years of experience in M&A (involved in 2-3 transactions in an HR capacity.)
- Highly proficient with HRIS tools (Rippling, Deel, BambooHR, Gusto).
- Payroll & Benefits experience
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
Responsibilities
- Gain deep knowledge of CXT Software’s products, services, customers, and market to ensure HR priorities directly support business goals.
- Manage HR due diligence, develop integration plans, blend cultures, and implement retention strategies during acquisitions.
- Identify cultural challenges, build trust, and lead initiatives that strengthen alignment with company values.
- Create and maintain repeatable frameworks for hiring, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
- Translate complex procedures into user-friendly tools that enable managers and employees to focus on outcomes.
- Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, offering candid feedback and influencing organizational direction.
- Design and implement plans to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent suited to the company’s growth stage.
