Requirements
- Advanced technical knowledge of Oracle technologies including Oracle Fusion, Oracle EBS, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion Reporting platforms, Oracle AI Agents.
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle security methodologies, policies, standards and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of Intelligent Automation (RPA)
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in business systems, SaaS, PaaS, cloud computing, AI and automation
- Advanced knowledge of information technology systems, cloud infrastructure and operations
- Advanced working knowledge of information systems and operations systems for supported business groups
- Working knowledge of all system applications within and that interface with the Lending Systems environment
Responsibilities
- Assist SVP with the management, administration and software strategy and direction for assigned business systems
- Consult with users on how to best support the business through the effective use of technology
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements
- Manage teams in the analysis of business requirements, design, reports development and maintenance of business applications
- Manage team structures and operating procedures to ensure stability of the production application environment
- Communicate with senior management and business partners on business systems and project status
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on projects on in-house business systems, proposed business systems and systems utilities
Other
- 7-10 years of progressively responsible experience in a lending production or information technology environment required
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive change, and deliver measurable results
- Knowledgeable of best practices in information technology governance and regulatory landscape for financial institutions
- Working knowledge of the consumer loan business
