Responsibilities
- Build systems and platforms that enable scaling of machine learning frameworks and applied data science
- Develop a vision and seek opportunities to apply machine learning models and data science across all products
- Create an innovation-first mindset and environment to drive product enhancements, breakthroughs and increase engagement
- Leverage experimentation to learn and drive continuous product improvements and user experience
- Provide vision for feature engineering pipelines to power ML at scale
- Promote research and the application of the latest AI, machine learning and algorithmic approaches and technologies
Other
- Lead and grow a team engineers and scientists
- Work closely with Product leaders and owners to translate product and business requirements to system design and implementation
- Work with and present to Executive leadership
- Manage a geographically dispersed team
