Jefferies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead their admin team and maintain/support/optimize their Salesforce environment, which has bespoke internal applications for various lines of business with a high level of customization.
Requirements
- 7+ years within the Salesforce Ecosystem with experience managing a complex heavily customized Salesforce ORG
- Expertise in declarative salesforce customizations (flow, workflow, approval process, email alerts/templates, sites, etc.)
- Proven experience in designing custom end-user solutions in Salesforce
- In-depth knowledge of the capabilities and constraints building in Salesforce platform
- Understand of Salesforce integration patterns REST and SOAP for API traffic ingress/egress from Salesforce
- Knowledge how to setup and administrate SSO for Salesforce access
- Ability to read and debug Apex and JavaScript Code
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce (with a focus on Integrations, CDC/Platform Events, SSO, Experience Cloud)
- Oversee a team of administrators onshore and offshore, driving team deliverables and delegating work
- Maintain the Salesforce instance security and availability, identifying and remediating issues
- Drive completion of ad-hoc requests from the business and automate repeated admin-team tasks/responsibilities
- Support system design and troubleshoot issues using proficiency in SF development and architecture
- Understand Salesforce integration patterns REST and SOAP for API traffic ingress/egress from Salesforce
- Setup and administrate SSO for Salesforce access

- Highly efficient communicator that can interface with development teams from around the globe (primarily NY, London, and Pune)
- Ability to work in-office minimum 3-days a week
- Familiar with Agile methodology, Sprints/Scrum, etc.
- Experience with GIT version control and CI/CD practices
