Build and lead a team to develop and produce mid-tier RADAR and Electronic Warfare products to primarily serve US DoD and Prime Contractor customers. As a P&L lead, responsible for producing detailed engineering and production plans/budgets, coordinate with BD/Marketing on campaign plans/sales forecasts and coordinate with finance to build rigorous business cases that lead to sustainably profitable product lines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of technical experience in DoD EW and/or RADAR Systems Engineering, including building and leading technical teams and a deep knowledge of customer use cases and fielding challenges.
- Minimum of 15 years of P&L leadership experience and a track record of success in growing new business and product lines.
- Minimum of 20 years of DoD acquisition experience, including contracting approaches, proposal development, cost/pricing, program planning, financial reporting, and other compliance requirements.
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans to drive product profitability.
- Experience in managing engineering and production subcontractors/partners to deliver quality products to demanding schedules.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
