Requirements
- High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program design, implementation, and performance management, ensuring alignment with Evolent’s mission and client objectives.
- Identify opportunities to enhance MSK offerings, including digital health tools, advanced analytics, and practice and partner engagement models.
- Partner with product, analytics, operations, customer and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Monitor program KPIs, financial impact, and clinical outcomes; implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive both ROI and cost to serve objectives
Other
- 10+ years in healthcare leadership roles, with expertise in musculoskeletal and radiology, utilization management, or value-based care programs.
- Proven ability to design and scale clinical programs that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and engage with executive-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
