Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI/ML leadership roles, with at least 7 years at the executive level.
- Proven success building and scaling AI-driven platforms or products in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, generative AI, large-scale data platforms, and applied AI in enterprise use cases.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, observability, and security is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the organization's Data and AI strategy, aligned with overall business goals.
- Lead global teams of data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and platform architects.
- Drive the integration of advanced AI/ML models into core platforms and services.
- Partner with product management to identify and deliver AI-driven features that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
- Oversee the design and evolution of the organization's data architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Ensure effective data governance, privacy, and compliance across all regions and business units.
- Work with technology and product leaders to embed AI into all layers of the platform and services.
