Responsibilities
Provide strategic and technical leadership and vision to build a mission-critical function.
Set and execute on the long-term roadmap and objectives for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) team.
Research, identify, and execute on opportunities for AI and automation within the organization.
Coordinate the drive of new AI projects from idea generation to execution in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor and optimize AI and automation performance.
Lead and develop a team of AI/ML engineers.

Requires bachelor’s degree or higher in any engineering discipline and five years of progressive experience
Position requires travel within the United States 4x per year.
Headquarters (HQ) in Southfield, MI; telecommuting permitted.
