Requirements
- Proven experience establishing or managing an RPA Center of Excellence, with expertise in platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including generative AI, NLP, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake) and integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Experience with RPA, AI, and ML solution development.
- Knowledge of automation development, deployment, and optimization.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., graph neural networks, AI-driven analytics).
- Preferred certifications: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution of the company’s intelligent automation initiatives, driving the adoption of RPA, AI, and machine learning (ML) solutions to deliver transformative business outcomes.
- Oversee the establishment and growth of an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE), setting standards, governance, and best practices for automation development, deployment, and optimization.
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking AI strategy, integrating generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics to enhance automation capabilities and client solutions.
- Manage cross-functional teams of RPA developers, AI engineers, and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to deliver scalable automation solutions.
- Collaborate with C-level executives and clients to identify automation opportunities, define success metrics, and align solutions with business objectives, ensuring measurable ROI.
- Drive partnerships with leading automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) to enhance technological capabilities.
- Monitor industry trends in intelligent automation and AI, integrating emerging technologies (e.g., graph neural networks, AI-driven analytics) into the company’s offerings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in intelligent automation, RPA, or AI/ML solution development.
