WEKA is looking to build and lead a world-class ecosystem strategy that accelerates its go-to-market momentum through key partnerships, to solve its customers' most complex data challenges and accelerate intelligent innovation and business value.

Requirements

    • Experience working with or in high-performance computing, AI/ML infrastructure, storage, or cloud-native platforms.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage C-level partner stakeholders and executive sponsors.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence.
    • Proven track record of successfully collaborating with pre-sales, post-sales & product teams.
    • Strong experiences taking initiative and identifying consequences & risk.
    • Top-notch problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to effectively manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and own WEKA’s global partner channel strategy to drive indirect revenue growth.
    • Build and scale revenue-generating relationships with key partner categories including OEM, CSP, NeoCloud, VAR and GSI.
    • Lead joint business planning with top partners to define mutual goals, sales initiatives, marketing programs, and measurable KPIs.
    • Collaborate with WEKA’s sales, marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure tight alignment with partner priorities and customer outcomes.
    • Negotiate high-impact partner agreements, program terms, and joint GTM plans.
    • Constructing partner enablement & onboarding programs.
    • Build and lead a high-performing team with clear objectives, performance metrics, and operational discipline.

Other

    • 10+ years of experience in partner ecosystem leadership in high-growth enterprise software companies.
    • Previously led partner ecosystem globally for high growth saas company, preferably in the infrastructure layer
    • Ability to travel as needed.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage C-level partner stakeholders and executive sponsors.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presence.
