Closinglock is modernizing the real estate world’s way of transferring information and funds to eliminate wire fraud and provide a secure, easy-to-use platform for title companies, law firms, and other financial services to protect themselves and their clients from wire fraud.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role scaling SaaS platforms.
  • Proven success leading product strategy and execution in a high-growth, B2B SaaS company (FinTech, PropTech, or security experience a plus).
  • Strong ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience building and scaling product teams.
  • Deep customer empathy and a passion for solving complex workflow challenges with simple, secure solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate Closinglock’s long-term product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation, market research, and business case development to roadmap execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
  • Build strong customer and market feedback loops to inform prioritization and innovation.
  • Translate business needs and regulatory requirements into elegant product solutions that balance security, compliance, and user experience.
  • Develop clear KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and guide decision-making.
  • Represent the product vision externally with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
