SchoolAI aims to make school awesome for students and their supporters by identifying and fulfilling their needs, and is seeking a Head of Product Management to mature its product management function and build, create, learn, and implement systems thinking.
Requirements
- Are a systems thinker who designs feedback loops, rather than linear processes.
- Optimize learning velocity more than delivery optics.
- Coach PMs to be judgment shapers, not backlog shepherds.
- Are fluent in PLG and platform ecosystems; edtech/AI experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy, clarify priorities, and craft a long term vision for the SchoolAI product portfolio.
- Define and steward the systems we use to experiment and deliver delightful products to customers.
- Drive a culture of rapid learning, curiosity, outcome-oriented thinking.
- Be responsible for products that are safe, ethical, and responsible.
