PureCars is looking to solve dealership challenges and drive ROI for clients by developing and executing strategies for the AutoMiner Customer Data Platform (CDP) that maximize its value to dealerships, general managers, and automotive professionals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in customer data platforms CRM, CDP, DMP
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms, Dealer Management Systems, and customer data platforms.
  • Experience implementing or managing CDPs or similar data-driven platforms.
  • Familiarity with machine learning applications in data analytics.
  • Expertise in managing integrations with third-party vendors and data sources.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for the AutoMiner CDP.
  • Identify innovative opportunities to enhance the platform’s capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry needs and customer feedback.
  • Translate dealership and automotive professional needs into well-defined technical requirements, backed by data and industry insights.
  • Create comprehensive product documentation, such as PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) and strategy briefs.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-value features on time and within scope.
  • Leverage machine learning and advanced analytics to create unique differentiators for the AutoMiner CDP.
  • Iterate on product features post-launch based on performance metrics and user feedback.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Utilize your deep understanding of variable operations (New Vehicle Sales, Used Vehicle Sales, F&I) and fixed operations (Service and Accessories) to address dealership challenges.
