Siemens is building generative AI systems that act in the physical world, defining a new product category at the intersection of intelligence, interaction, and embodiment. The company needs a VP of Product to lead product strategy, execution, and team growth for this new product portfolio.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience, including 3+ in product leadership roles
- Track record of building and scaling high-performing product teams
- Experience in AI/ML product development, developer tools, or systems-level platforms
- Demonstrated success in early-stage, ambiguous, and zero-to-one environments
- Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Background in applied AI, robotics, or systems that blend physical and digital interaction
- Experience defining long-term product architecture and platform evolution
Responsibilities
- Owning end-to-end product strategy and executing across all product lines
- Building and leading the product management team, including hiring, mentoring, and org design
- Defining cross-functional priorities in partnership with engineering, ML, and design leadership
- Establishing processes for research, validation, experimentation, and delivery
- Aligning the product roadmap with company goals, customer needs, and technical capabilities
- Serving as the voice of product in executive and external conversations
