Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years leading a team; experience in B2B2C SaaS or martech platforms and AI knowledge strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue through new product launches, client upsell strategies, and platform differentiation.
- Comfortable aligning senior stakeholders around product economics, strategy, and delivery—before and during development.
- Adept at modeling product ROI, understanding client business drivers, and translating platform capabilities into business impact, especially leveraging AI.
- Skilled in analyzing competitors and evolving market dynamics to inform product decisions and timing.
- A coach and multiplier with a track record of growing product managers and creating high-performance, collaborative teams.
- Able to distill complexity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and create compelling product narratives.
