First Horizon Corporation is seeking a VP, Product Analytics Lead to develop comprehensive product analytics capabilities and drive data-informed decision making across product development and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and statistical analysis
- Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (Tableau Cloud experience is a plus, AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable product analytics frameworks to measure product performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics
- Establish standardized methodologies for product measurement, experimentation, and performance evaluation
- Build cross-functional partnerships with product, marketing, technology and agency teams to integrate analytics into product development lifecycle
- Develop comprehensive data collection strategies to capture meaningful product interaction data
- Analyze end-to-end customer product journeys to identify optimization opportunities and friction points
- Create detailed user segmentation models to understand diverse customer behaviors and preferences across marketing’s target audiences
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to uncover patterns in product usage, adoption, and retention
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 7-10+ years of experience in product analytics, preferably in financial services or banking
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (preferred)
- Previous experience developing products in banking or financial services industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in financial analytics (preferred)
