Validity is seeking a strategic and operational leader to lead the evolution of their $100M+ Email Success Platform, which includes Litmus, Everest, and BriteVerify. The goal is to build an AI-powered platform that unifies Validity's products and unlocks new capabilities to help customers reach, engage, and grow their audiences, driving ambitious growth as a transformational leader in customer engagement.
Requirements
- Experience implementing PLG (product-led growth) and unifying separate platforms into a cohesive customer experience.
- Deep user empathy, strong product intuition, and a track record of building high-quality, design-forward products that delight.
- Ability to synthesize data, research, and market signals into clear prioritization and product innovation.
- Experience across the full lifecycle of corporate development: identifying and assessing acquisition targets, driving diligence, and leading integration.
- Hands-on leadership style: able to frame a P&L, conduct a competitive analysis, and clearly articulate business growth levers.
- Proven track record of cross-functional influence, driving organizational change and improving processes.
- Significant exposure to email marketing and customer engagement technologies.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the Email Success Platform.
- Champion the voice of the customer and embed a customer-first mindset across all product development stages.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact user experiences, balancing digital innovation with human-assisted touchpoints.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to deeply understand customer behavior and identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and retention.
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver products that are intuitive, scalable, and aligned to our brand and business strategy.
- Develop product capabilities that deliver measurable business impact—growth, retention, revenue, and engagement.
- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities, lead diligence, and drive seamless product integration.

- 15+ years of product leadership experience, including at $50M–$100M+ revenue companies.
- Experience at multiple company scales: small (<$50M), medium ($150M–$500M), and large (>$500M).
- Proven experience and success managing and mentoring large, geographically distributed product teams and leading them through a significant growth phase at a mid-sized company.
- Recognized thought leadership in the MarTech industry (conference speaking, published content, or strong social presence)
- Build, mentor, and retain a diverse, inclusive, high-performing team of product managers focused on outcomes and excellence.
