Requirements
- Experience building products at the intersection of AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching AI-driven features that transform user experiences at scale.
- Ability to synthesize complex technical capabilities (AI/ML, LLMs, agentic systems) into simple, empowering solutions for non-technical users.

- Customer Empowerment: Ensure AI features align with Quickbase’s mission—giving non-technical users confidence to build and manage sophisticated AI technologies, tools and solutions securely and responsibly.
- Platform Excellence: Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI-infused features—from concept through roadmap, launch, and adoption—anchored in business value and customer outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, UX, Research, and Customer Success to deliver seamless, scalable AI features across the Quickbase platform.
- Market & Competitive Insight: Build a strong fact base on market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to keep Quickbase at the forefront of enterprise low-code innovation.

- 15+ years in product management, including 7+ in leadership roles within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong commercial fluency in monetization, pricing, and business models.
