Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, chain chain, or procurement, with a proven track record in leading global manufacturing operations.
- 5+ years of experience in working with firmware, ideally IoT or connected devices
- Proven ability to manage and optimize vendor relationships, multi culture negotiation capabilities, and source new partners.
- Experience in hardware manufacturing and product sourcing, from early specs to mass production.
- A deep understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, and cost optimization.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and working with legal, finance, and engineering teams to ship products.
- Knowledge of healthcare, FDA approvals, and regulatory processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a strategic product integration plan, consolidating hardware and software portfolios to eliminate redundancies and enhance customer value.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with business goals to drive competitive advantage, innovation, and scalability.
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, including capacity planning, process optimization, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Establish robust quality control systems to ensure products consistently meet industry regulations and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to maintain a reliable, cost-effective sourcing and logistics infrastructure.
- Champion lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the organization.
- Drive adoption of new technologies and automation to expand manufacturing capabilities and operational agility.
