NIQ is looking to hire a VP of Product Marketing to lead their Product Marketing organization and ensure the successful execution of strategic product initiatives, including the launch of new products by developing go-to-market strategies, crafting messaging, and creating sales enablement content.

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to influence product enhancements and elevate sales enablement
- Create and socialize product positioning and sales enablement content that empowers sales teams to effectively compete in the market

- Lead a world-class Product Marketing organization that PMMs crave to be a part of to develop their skills and their careers
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in Product and Commercial to develop product positioning and messaging that articulate a clear value proposition to target personas
- Reinforce our position as the leader via inspired, compelling and consistent product positioning tied to our key differentiated value drivers
- Own and maintain buyer personas and understand the buying and sales process to inform messaging and content
- Understand competitive differentiation and arm sellers with effective tools to position against the competition
- Collaborate on product launch plans with stakeholders from product, operations, commercial, and demand generation teams
- Continuously track and measure the effectiveness of product marketing materials, analyzing in-market performance data to identify opportunities for increasing product adoption
- Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of relevant experience in B2B Product Marketing, Product Management, or Marketing
- Strong leadership, communication, influencing and project management skills
- Impeccable writing skills and storytelling abilities, simplifying complex information effectively
- Experience working seamlessly across departments to ensure the best outcome for the business, working collaboratively to achieve a common goal
- Understanding of the FMCG industry
