LCvista, Inc. is seeking an experienced Vice President Product Marketing with deep expertise in pricing and packaging to drive strategic growth initiatives across their product portfolio, aiming to maximize revenue, improve customer adoption, and strengthen their competitive position.
Requirements
- 15+ years of product marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on pricing and packaging in SaaS, technology, or related industries.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with pricing research methodologies (e.g., Conjoint analysis).
- Demonstrated success designing and launching new pricing/packaging strategies that drove measurable revenue or adoption growth.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of pricing and packaging models across products and services.
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align pricing strategies with roadmap priorities and value delivery.
- Partner with Finance to model pricing scenarios, forecast revenue impact, and optimize margin.
- Work with Sales and Customer Success to operationalize pricing/packaging, enable field teams, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop positioning and messaging that clearly communicates the value of different packages and pricing tiers.
- Monitor performance of pricing strategies and adjust based on data-driven insights.

- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on monetization strategies across the organization.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
