Fox Corporation is looking to solve the problem of creating a unified, modern viewing experience for its direct-to-consumer (DTC) platform, which brings FOX's content portfolio directly to consumers via an innovative subscription streaming service.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in product operations, program management, or business operations in a technology-driven organization.
- Experience building and scaling product operations functions in fast-paced environments (e.g., media, streaming, or consumer tech).
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and cross-functional coordination at scale.
- Strong data literacy and experience building reporting and KPI frameworks for product performance.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Airtable, Confluence, and business intelligence platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
- Exposure to startup or scaling-stage operational challenges and frameworks.
- Executive communication skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, strategic narratives.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the strategic planning and operating rhythms for product organization.
- Drive executive-level product reviews, roadmap alignment, and quarterly/annual planning cycles.
- Design and implement scalable processes for product prioritization, resource planning, and cross-functional execution.
- Define and institutionalize product operations best practices, workflows, and documentation standards across teams.
- Lead operational alignment, reporting and communication with senior executives to ensure clarity of goals, progress, and dependencies for strategic theme and roadmap initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Business, and Analytics teams to streamline execution.
- Build and mentor a high-performing product operations function to support our rapid scale and growth.
