TCW is seeking an RFP Library Management Specialist to manage and enhance their standard RFP response library, ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant responses that accurately represent TCW's capabilities to institutional and wealth clients.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with RFP software (e.g., Responsive) strongly preferred.
- Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline existing response and create new answers.
- Manage content management efforts by maintaining and enhancing the team’s standard RFP response library using tools such as Responsive.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust critical thinking skills and ability to synthesize a wide array of qualitative and quantitative information.
- Ability to operate independently/proactively in interactions with other TCW teams, including facilitation of discussion and decision-making to develop content and other solutions in support of sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Manage content management efforts by maintaining and enhancing the team’s standard RFP response library using tools such as Responsive.
- Work closely with other Product Services team members to ensure that new answers are updated in the response library in an organized and timely manner.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Fixed Income, Private Credit & ABF, Equities, Compliance, and Distribution to review, refine, and create content on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline existing response and create new answers.
- Interpret and communicate TCW’s investment philosophy, process, and value proposition in a clear, compelling manner.
- Contribute to team projects focused on improving processes, workflow automation, and content governance.
- As needed, draft and coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with TCW’s positioning.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience, ideally in an asset management RFP or client service role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex investment topics clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally across departments and seniority levels.
