Requirements

  • You’ll have worked 7–10 years as a product leader in the financial solutions industry, maintaining a thorough understanding of financial products, regulatory environments, and customer needs.

  • Make trade-off decisions to balance short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.
  • Oversee products through the full lifecycle
  • Ensure AI features are effectively integrated and deliver tangible benefits to clients.
  • Lead and develop product managers and product owners to operate as a cohesive, scalable function
  • Foster a collaborative, client-focused, and data-driven culture within the team.
  • Leverage client feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product direction

  • This role requires both strategic foresight and hands-on leadership- shaping roadmaps, setting priorities, and guiding the team through trade-offs that advance the business.
  • Partnering across engineering, design, operations and compliance, you’ll move products through the full life cycle while tracking outcomes and adapting based on performance.
  • Along the way, you’ll mature the product team, manage relationships with technology partners, and keep executives informed through clear updates on progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and executives to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Provide clear, actionable updates to leadership on progress, risks, and recommendations.
  • Proven track record of scaling product organizations and delivering market-leading solutions
  • Ability to help teams to solve complex challenges with clarity, urgency, and creativity.
  • Advanced communication skills that are well suited to communicating to a mix of both technical and non-technical audiences across product and engineering teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and executive sponsors.
