Requirements

Responsibilities
- Define long-range product roadmaps, franchise strategies, and innovation platforms for Train Apparel & Footwear (men’s + women’s).
- Own the product creation process from concept to consumer, including athlete testing, prototype validation, performance durability, and GTM alignment.
- Drive margin optimization, SKU productivity, and lifecycle planning while creating globally scalable but regionally relevant assortments.
- Stay externally oriented through competitor and trend analysis, athlete engagement, and consumer immersion.
- Ensure that product drives brand narrative from concept through campaign, embedding athlete and consumer insights into briefs, line architecture, GTM planning, and launch execution.
- Partner across Merchandising, Design, Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Regions to deliver aligned seasonal line plans and GTM strategies.
- Build long-term capability by embedding sustainability (circular design, responsible sourcing, environmental impact reduction) and advancing digital integration (3D prototyping, predictive analytics, digital line planning).
Other
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years of product leadership experience in apparel/footwear, including performance categories.
- 10+ years of senior management experience, leading teams of managers and senior leaders.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~15-20%).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of developing diverse, high-performing teams.
